Delivery
Free on our bundles (all three are over £40).
- We post your order within 2 to 3 working days.
- Orders go by Royal Mail.
- You enter your delivery address on the secure checkout page.
Outside the UK
Sorry, we can only deliver to UK addresses at the moment. The checkout won't accept an address outside the UK.
Ordering more than one thing
Each Buy button on the shop is its own order, with its own delivery charge. Our bundles are the way to get several things together with free delivery.
Returns
Changed your mind? Unused candles, and unopened wax melts and gift sets, can be returned within 14 days of them arriving. Email us first at hello@fernandwick.example and we'll tell you what to do next.
You pay the postage to send an item back, unless it arrived damaged, in which case we'll cover it.
Something wrong with your order?
If something arrives damaged or isn't right, email us with your name and a photo and we'll put it right.
Paying, and your details
Payments are taken securely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details. We only use your name and address to post your order and to answer questions about it. This website doesn't use cookies or tracking.
